Academic Mentorship
This is a new program introduced by the President which allows pharmacy students and lecturers in Zimbabwe to share academic materials such as text books, slides, question papers, projects and case studies on a ZPSA google drive. A google form will be used for clinical cases competition with the winner being entitled to a certificate and a small token of appreciation.

Pharmacy Mentorship Program
The Pharmacy Mentorship Program is an interactive course between students and professionals in Pharmacy and other relevant professions. Every registered and subscribed member will be allocated a mentor with whom they will be taught life skills, soft skills, public speaking, critical thinking, research, opportunities in pharmacy, relationships and prospects for further studies amongst others. The mentor and the mentee will conduct sessions both physically and online. Hospital visits, industrial visits, retail visits and research will also be part of the program so as to motivate ZPSA members to think outside the box and also develop their personal brand. A member will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the mentorship program.
